Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://greenempiresandiego.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Green Empire markets and arranges Artificial Turf Installation, Pet Turf Installation, Putting Green Installation, Residential Turf Installation, Commercial Turf Installation. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Site Content. Content displayed on https://greenempiresandiego.com is the property of Green Empire or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

End of Use. Green Empire may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

No Warranties. Green Empire disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Limitation. In no event will Green Empire's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Green Empire from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Choice of Law. CA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of CA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Modifications. Green Empire may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
